Since pioneering our new model for 0-TVL cross-chain value exchange, deBridge has undergone explosive growth, onboarding nearly 100,000 users, collecting more than $1.2 million in protocol fees, and building deep network effects with the leading high-performance DeFi applications including Jupiter Exchange, Solflare Wallet, Zeta Markets, and more.
deBridge commenced during the Chainlink Global Hackathon in early 2021. The project was awarded the grand prize and took first place among more than 140 teams worldwide. In September, the project announced its $5.5M fundraising round with leading VCs and companies such as Animoca Brands, Lemniscap, Crypto.com Capital, Huobi Ventures, and others.
In February 2022, we launched our mainnet beta, where we supported five chains and seamless cross-chain swaps between any assets in one transaction. Now we have built out a secure and reliable cross-chain infrastructure and are currently supporting 12 chains, and will continue to build out the deBridge ecosystem both horizontally and vertically.
